Refunds and Rebooking

Please let us know if you are unhappy with any product or service obtained at IMR Float. We hope everyone has a great experience while they are here, and we take feedback very seriously. If there is ever an issue, we want to make it right for you!

 For services received at IMR Float, please let us know of any problems as promptly as possible. Refunds for unused floats are at your request but have a 60 day limit from time of purchase. If you cancel an appointment reservation, we will assume that you intend to re-book and will keep any prepaid service credits on your account, unless you specifically request a refund. Refunds must be handled over the phone or in person.
